When you purchase any product online, you can choose " Pick up at Shatin Shek Mun Showroom " when filling in the order form.

The payer must bring along the "Pickup Notice" when picking up the goods and present the credit card or debit card used for payment for verification.

After shopping at The Pearl Farm Online Store, we will immediately ship out your ordered products and notify you of the order tracking number of the selected courier company by email.

Spending less than HKD＄500
SF Express Cash on Delivery (Please pay the freight to SF Express upon delivery )

This website will use the delivery address provided by the payer when filling out the order. The delivery service is delivered by " SF Express (pay the freight upon delivery) " , and the freight should be paid to SF Express upon delivery.

Ready-to-stock products will be shipped within 2 working days after ordering (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

The company is not responsible for any damage during transportation.

The Company does not accept orders from PO Boxes and hotels.

Overseas shipment

Under normal circumstances, we will choose speed post or Fedex to send.

Overseas orders (including Mainland China) need to pay an additional HK$200 or HK$400-HK$500 (depending on the gift) as shipping fee. At the same time, if there is any damage during delivery, or weather delays, the company will not be responsible. At the same time, customers need to pay the surcharge levied by the courier company due to remote addresses.

If the address you provided is incorrect and the delivery cannot be successfully completed and you request to cancel the order, you will need to pay the return shipping fee and an additional 10% of the order as product storage fee and administrative fee.

The refunded balance will be refunded to your credit card after deducting the above fees.

If the address is remote, the customer will need to pay an additional surcharge to the courier.
