Special Weather Arrangement

As global climate change continues, we have noticed an increase in unstable weather conditions in Hong Kong. For safety reasons, we will follow Hong Kong regulations and the recommendations of the Hong Kong Observatory, making the following arrangements for unstable weather conditions.

If the Hong Kong Observatory issues the following signals two and a half hours before the start of the workshop (Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or higher, or a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal), the event for that day will be canceled. Staff and instructors will contact participants to make further arrangements.

If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1, a Yellow Rainstorm Warning Signal, or a Strong Monsoon Signal, the workshop will proceed as planned.
