Education system establishment and cultural inheritance

The market has only a partial understanding of pearls, and there is no good system to understand and promote pearls. In fact, like everything in the universe, pearls have their own design and form. Because there is no in-depth exploration and only satisfaction with the surface, the impression of pearls has remained the same for thousands of years - a treasure of nature. If you want to deepen the impression, you must focus on the surface, but in reality you must establish and utilize a system.

Because of the company's background and position in the pearl industry, we are fortunate to be able to understand all aspects of pearls. Through research and sharing and perceptions from inside and outside the industry, through cross-industry understanding and analysis, and research on culture and religion, we have finally found the focus of education on the mysteries of pearls.

Using the I Ching, one of the oldest Chinese texts, as a link, combined with our expertise, allows us to easily and effectively introduce pearls at different levels.

Talk about pearls

1. The Beginning - The Beginning of Pearls
The pearl oyster originally has no pearls (infinite, chaos). Foreign objects become the trigger, activating the pearl oyster's defense mechanism, and it begins to secrete the nacre layer to cover the pearl.
  • One clam, one pearl is also the industry standard to ensure the quality of pearls rather than quantity.
2. Liang Yi- The Growth of Pearls
Pearls are made of liquid nacre and material, which wraps foreign objects and becomes hardened and stable nacre. They originally grew in water and emerged from the water to become land.
  • 【Yin】 Growing in water
  • 【Yang】 on land. Take shape
3. Three Talents- The Sustainability of Pearls
The three talents are “heaven”, “earth” and “man”, and they also represent the three elements of sustainable development. “Heaven” represents the nature and growth process of pearls.
"Land" represents economic development that takes into account environmental protection and social growth. "People"
Represents the social element of meeting human needs through pearl-related activities while taking responsibility for environmental protection.

  • Earth Environment
  • People Technology
4. Four Elephants - Pearl Cultivation
The four signs are the four weather conditions - spring, summer, autumn and winter. Depending on the type of pearl, it may take one year, two years or more to cultivate it. The sea water temperature will change with the change of seasons, affecting the cultivation status of pearls. Therefore, pearl cultivation can be based on the four seasons.

  • Summer Growth
  • Autumn Cleaning
  • Winter Harvest/Rest
5. Five Elements- Characteristics of Pearls
The Five Elements are the five natural elements that were widely used in ancient times to explain everything - gold, wood, water, fire and earth. When it comes to pearls, we use the five characteristics that can be observed with the naked eye as the basis for evaluation. The characteristics of pearls can be introduced by the Five Elements.
  • [Gold] Luster The luster of pearls, like the radiance of gold, is one of the first characteristics that you notice. Luster is the most important factor in judging pearls of the same grade.
  • [ Wood] When large and small pearls are cut, the thickness of the nacre is like the annual rings of a tree. The longer the cultivation time, the thicker the nacre and the larger the pearl.
  • [ Water] Shape The shape of pearls is affected by different cultivation conditions. Most pearls have no specific shape, just like water.
  • [ Fire] Color: The color of pearls will change due to trace elements, just like fire can change color due to different fuels and situations.
  • [ Earth] The surface of a flawed pearl is like the surface of a planet, which is bumpy. Having flaws is normal and represents reality.
